Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you named) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products, skincare items, or supplements once the seal has been broken, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days, to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
